Tile Installation Process

1. clean tiles to have no debris, dust, sand using water injection
   • Set the starting point by drawing a line.
   • Take the level from the specified point. on the back of the tile or holding a concrete button By shooting level on the back of the button and using the string number 8 to pull between the buttons.
2. Mix the concrete in the ratio 1:3 by using 1 part cement and 3 parts coarse sand to mix the water so that it is not too liquid. Then use the concrete to be poured according to the level that has been pushed the rope string. Then lay the marbelx tile onto the concrete by using a rubber knuckle to knock on the back of the tile so that it is level along the tendons that are stretched behind the concrete buttons.
3. Amount of concrete mixed The ratio of 1 part of concrete will cover approximately 28-30 sq m of marbelx tiles with a concrete thickness of 3 cm.
   • Volume 20 sq m. at 5 cm. thickness of concrete mortar.
   • Volume of 1.5 sq m. at the thickness of 1 bag of adhesive mortar (20 kg) is 0.3-0.5 cm.
4. After finishing the Marbelx Tiles Putty the grout along the tile groove with white cement. By mixing water to liquid when grouting, white cement will flow into the traces between the tiles in full groove.
